Crisis Care
We are proud of our Dignity Food Provision. We can, and do, provide emergency food parcels for whoever is in need in our community. Please get in touch if you are in need and we can help as much as we are able to.
We can also provide nappies, baby milk, toiletries, cleaning, and period products thanks to kind donations from within our communities and from our generous business partners.
Our volunteers provide hot meals from our Dignity Community Kitchen at our Home Base at Bertram Grange Community Centre, Shiremoor. These meals are heavily subsidised so very affordable and can be enjoyed in a warm and welcoming setting. Our Home Base is just a 3 minute walk from Shiremoor metro. You don't need to make a booking. Just drop in between 10am and 2pm Monday to Friday.

Clothing and Baby Bank
The communities we serve are very generous in donating to our preloved clothing and baby bank. We only accept donations that are clean and immaculate as we believe people in poverty deserve nice things also. All our items are free.
If you need a warm coat, clothing, school uniform for your child, or items for your baby, please get in touch.
Please note that for safety reasons we do not provide car seats, bike helmets, or cot mattresses. We urge you to purchase these new.
